SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
Trailer and trolley delivery is planned against the agreed product specification, delivery location, transport arrangement, and written commercial terms.
SECTION / 01
The delivery location, expected timeline, freight responsibility, loading and unloading requirements, and handover conditions are confirmed in the final quotation, proforma invoice, or written order acknowledgement.
Published catalogue information does not promise a delivery date. Manufacturing and delivery timing can depend on the approved specification, material availability, production plan, payment milestone, and logistics conditions.

Dispatch is scheduled only after Shree Balaji Industries confirms the order, verifies the required payment milestone, and confirms that the product is ready under the agreed terms.
The buyer must provide an accurate delivery address, contact person, and any access or site requirements needed for safe delivery or collection.
SECTION / 03
Freight, transit insurance, inspection, and any delivery-related charges are governed by the applicable written quotation or invoice. Please check these details before payment.
If a delivery, collection, or condition-of-goods concern arises, notify the Shree Balaji Industries sales team promptly with the order reference and relevant details.
